Can someone explain the right answer for gchem # 41 please? I thought Kw is 1 x 10^-14 at all temperature. Isn't Kw = ka x kb. i know it is possible to decrease or increase ka or kb...but how can u change kw?

don't forget that the only thing that change ANY equaliibrium constant, Ka Kb and Kw, is TEMPRATURE.... bang it to your head..... it is also a frequent DAT question

U should really read the solutions in the destroyer, Dr. Romano specifies this topic in more than one question. This is a very common question on the DAT's. Good Luck.
