On #27 of Destroyer OCHEM, where it asks which are aromatic, why is A aromatic...i thought the fact that the top carbon is sp3 violates the rule? or am i missing something
The lone pair electrons on Nitrogen actually are part of the pi system. You can put those electrons up into a p orbital to make the compound aromatic and satisfy Huckel's number. By putting the electron in the pi system you make the molecule flat as well.
