I can't understand this problem? I tried to figure about base on your answer. However, it does not work

Is it because it has 2 different internal mirror (vertical, horizontal). There is only 3 places Br can be put ?

1. 4, 5, 8 are all equivalent.......2, 3, 6, 7 are all equivalent........9 and 10 are equivalent. Replacing these with a Br would give you 3 different monobrominated products.
