Hey everyone! I thought I'd upload the question numbers for the ochem questions on the destroyer for my divide and conquer technique in order for you all to not have to do the same if you want to use this method. Three weeks out I was scoring around 20 for this section and within a week and a half got a 30 in Qvault and a 29 in bootcamp. Also ended up getting a 29 overall. So a lot of improvement in a short amount of time! Hopefully you all can do the same!

Yeah I'll work on it, I have to use the only picture I took earlier because I crossed them off when I went through them. Ill see if a pm works best.

Thanks for the breakdown Jordwin! I was wondering, did you use the "divide and conquer" method for GChem as well? Or was that more of just plow through the problems?

Hey I think I will just re-write it because I don't think the clarity will get any better. I will do my best to fit the numbers and sections on one sheet for you tomorrow, is that okay?? It will be up tomorrow afternoon most likely.

I didn't actually. I was getting around 80% or so, so I didn't feel as much of a need to break it down so much. That being said, the Gchem would have been harder to separate in a small number of groups because there are so many different types of questions. I went over the ones I missed and separated them into groups of ones I missed due to not knowing a concept such as faraday's law vs. something like solubility or acid/base calculations that I needed to practice rather than learn. Does that make sense?

Thanks buddy, hopefully you can get a better pic though this one is difficult to make out!

No problem! I didn't realize the poor quality when I uploaded it. My actual picture is relatively clear, but I have to make the photo much smaller for SDN to allow me to upload it. :-/ Oh well, C'est la vie!

Yeah that makes total sense haha thank you though for your breakdown and technique! Congrats again! You aughta be out celebrating! :soexcited::soexcited:

Anytime guys! I'm glad to help. I know you can do it! Hopefully it works for you like it worked for me!

I'm just relaxing now ;-) but yes soooo exited!!

Damn I just realized this probably won't work too well for me since I am using the 2010 Destroyer 🙁 The numbers don't seem to matchup

It is possible! I'm so amazed! Your score is amazing! I've taken the DAT twice and both times scoring TS: 18 and AA 19. I'm studying for my third and hopefully my last DAT ever this November. However this time around I'm lacking confident and hope. But after seeing your results I'm more determine than ever! Thank you for your inspiration. My question for you is how long did you study each day/and or week and was this the same method you used to study the for the first test. I took my 2nd test the 20th of August and started studying again immediately, two days later. However my second week into studying and I feel I might need to change up how I should attack this test. Any tips you can give me? Right now I'm watching chad videos for Chen and Ochem. Doing his quiz and destroyer for those sections and biology and math as well. But I've done this two times already I'm almost bord with the whole process. Any advice you can give me? I'm sorry for such a long message but I'm desperate to succeed!

Ahh dang yeah mine was the 2012 version :-/. Are the problems in completely different arrangements?

Mine is 2013 version.
Is it still possible to use this? HElp!!

I'm not sure with the different versions, but I do know that you can still use this strategy and get the same benefits out of it. You'd have to check your destroyer to see if the numbers match up. I know there are more problems in the 2013 version than the 2012, but I don't know if the first ones are in a different order.
