Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the third step (HBr, ROOR) add in accordance to Markovnikov, not Anti-Mark? The solution says the answer is B, but I thought HBr added to give answer C...thanks guys 🙂

ROOR = H2O2, so anti-markonikov. Hope that helps
