Ok. OH has the highest number so it's cyclohexanol.
Then why it cannot be 6 bromo 3 3 dimethyl 1-cyclohexanol?
The sum of numbers are same 12

obviously that the Br has the higher priority than the dimethyl group

The bromine is at a nearer carbon (1 position away as opposed to 2).
