the questions asks which molecule is an acetal. the answer given is a ketal i think. please correct me if i am wrong.
An acetal is a cpd with a carbon bonded to two OR groups, and R group, and an H. A ketal is a cpd with a carbon atom bonded to two OR groups and 2 R groups. Answer choice B has the carbon bonded to two OR groups, a methyl group, and a propyl group.
Is this right???
