I wouldn't worry too much about the newest questions. Just study what you have and try to be thoughrough...that is the key.
If you cover all your bases, you won't have to worry about the "latest destroyer updates" and what not.
All they are doing is going by their students' recollection of what they remember from the exam. I used an old edition for the bio section (my roommate had it lying around)....
When I took the test, I realized that some of the questions in destroyer were so far off it was laughable. A few were close, but for the most part, a lot of them were just way off.
From my experience it's best to use a hollistic approach, understand it, and cover all bases.
