Hey guys,

Just reading through Kaplan Home Study books and was wondering if I should remember the little pearls about certain antibiotics (e.g. "Vancomycin blocks the growing end of peptidoglycan.") or should I just remember what Vancomycin is used to treat? Thanks!

haven't taken boards yet, but on the nbme microshelf, questions like these were heavily tested. so, i would say yes.
