Ok, So I am a little confused about this hope someone can help me out
T and B cells are lymphocytes and lymphocytes are part of leukocytes right?
B Lymphocyte develop in Bone Marrow and mature in Thymus?
T lymphocyte develop in Bone Marrow and mature in Thymus?
The role of the thymus is to destroy all specific T cells?

hmm i am not sure. I know the spleen destructs RBC not sure about T and B cells. Anyone?

For the B lymphocytes they do not mature in the thymus. They mature in the bone marrow. While both develop and replicate mainly in the lymphoid tissues, which is where these are mainly found in adults.
I don't think the spleen has a part in leukocytes, just erythrocytes like Isradoc said, so that they can destroy old (120 days) RBC's and recycle the hemoglobin.

Spleen is also just a purifying center of the blood. So Humoral Immunity is caused by B or T lymphocytes?Humoral is the one with memory cells right?

T lymphocyte develop in Bone Marrow and then migrate to the thymus and mature there
if u have any more immuno questions ask ahead, i just took it last semester and its still fresh in my head

spleen removes old RBC and filters the blood. It also has 2 areas called red pulp and white pulp. The red pulp is filled with blood while the white pulp is loaded with B & T cells and looks for pathogens as the blood is being filtered. I think the red and white would be outside the scope of the DAT

If I remember correctly, the only time it kills T is during the clonal selection process or something like that... Spleen destroy aging RBC, not B or T.

I'm sorry if i confused you with my post. I didnt mean for you to interpret as the spleen kills off B and T cells. It just destroys RBC and filters the blood. There are 2 pulps which make up the spleen: red and white. The red contains blood. While white pulp is filled with B and T lymphocytes which filter the blood looking for pathogens. They are not killed here.
