i know exercise would decrease blood glucose level by increasing Glut 4 expression is it insulin dependent or independent?...Fa says it is dependent ,but in beckers it is described via AMP dependent kinase pathway can any one plz explain this ,thanks in advance.

Exercise would lead to a decrease in the insulin glucagon ratio. The catabolic hormones would be needed to increase glucose release in response to exercise. AMP causes increased glucose uptake during exercise.

Experts say, daily walk in the early morning helps to make the day active.
