diagnosing urosepsis

How about positive leukocytes in the urine combined with clinicial signs of infection + Gram (-) rod cultured from the blood.
That would be uro-bacteremia. To truly diagnose urosepsis you need to have . . . sepsis. That said, "urosepsis" is one of the most misapplied diagnoses I have ever encountered. I also believe that it cannot be coded for with an ICD-9 code, instead they code for pyelo or UTI and sepsis.
