Diagnosis

I only see one page, nothing about 20/20 anywhere.

If I can read it right it says

1)CMA - (translation: compound myopic astigmatism)

2)OH - (Ocular health - unremarkable OU) OU means both eyes

The only plan is "discussed findings with patient," so it seems like a perfectly healthy eye. The astigmatism is likely small enough that it doesn't require correction if there is no need for glasses.

Can anyone help me with understanding what all these notes mean... (not the 20/20 stuff)

I've attached the notes as a word file.

Thank you for your time!

yeah there only one page...

the "no cells/flare" means the dr didnt see anything in the anterior chamber.. probably to rule out uveitis..

"no KP" = no keratic precipitates, which means the dr didnt see any inflam on the corneal endo... also prob to rule out uveitis (just my assumption)
