dictation templates

Now that I've gotten a bunch of off-service rotations out of the way, I'm going to be spending a lot of time in an ED that depends almost entirely on free-form dictation for documentation. I am WAYYYY too ADD for that to work well.

I'd like some complaint-specific templates geared towards the ED that I can reference to make sure I hit the important points. Ideally, I could put these in my clie as memos or some other format, but I'd be satsified with printable cards to carry in my pocket.

If anybody can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

If you've used a template system before, just grab one of each and use those for your dictations. I trained on T-Systems and even on those rare occasions that I dictate these days, I still find I follow the format and bullet points on the T-sheets when I dictate.
