Just wondering if anyone knew by asking either after they've been accepted or whenever.....what percentage of interviewed students receive an acceptance at optometry schools? thanks!

SCCO hands out a class profile sheet with multiple statistics whenever they visit an undergraduate institution. This sheet contains statistics such as ethnic distribution, state of origin, age, sex, GPA and OAT averages, and number of applicants/acceptances.

For the class of 2011, they received 588 applicants, 226 were interviewed, 166 were accepted and 98 entered the class.

Berkeley had around 249 applicants this year, 124 came to interview day, and i think a little more than half of those were accepted. Usually around 60 enter the class.
