Did anyone get into Tufts or BU with 3.3gpa and 20 DAT?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
The people who comment are not necessarily a representative sample of everybody who has ever been accepted. So if you have those stats and put together an otherwise good application, you have a shot.

I got into Tufts and had an interview at BU that I didnt attend. I had a 20 DAT but a 3.7 GPA

I got into BU with those stars but had a 4.0 MS Bio

I got into BU. Rejected from Tufts. I had a 3.38 GPA and 20 AA, 19 TS. Lmk if you have any questions.

I got into BU with a 3.8 GPA and an 18AA with a 16 on QR

Did you have any section at or below 17 on your DAT? Were you a traditional applicant?
I did not have any section below 17. I was not a traditional applicant. Be mindful that not everything is based on your stats. They base it on your school prestige, personal statement, significant extracurricular activities, and shadowing as well.

What do you mean by school prestige? Do they take into account of if you went to a better undergrad university vs one where the curriculum may not be as intense?

Just remember that schools care about stuff other than GPA and DAT (volunteering, extracurriculars, work, shadowing, and essays) as well

They look at academic rigor.
