Most if not all of the UCs screen between primary and secondary application. There are many folks at SDN that keep talking and asking about whether they will get a secondary from this UC or that UC so they are definitely screening.

all ucs screen and then give out secondaries to a lucky few. then you are really lucky if you get an interview!!!
