I included an activity in my Personal Statement, but did not put it in my W/A. I thought that I covered the extent of the activity in the PS.

To be more clear about the nature of the activity, I was a founder/administrator for an online support group through FaceBook. I had meet-and-greets with other patients, so I talked about establishing a small community for patients to share stories with one another. Due to somewhat unofficial nature, I thought it was a good topic for the theme of my Personal Statement (Community), but that it was too informal for the activities section.

Am I struggling from a condition called PREMED @gonnif?
You're ok. Space is limited. If it's in your personal statement, they know about it.

There aren't rules about it. It might be odd for a few reviewers but as we noted, space limitations are what they are. If it is a question of formality (who would be your supervisor as an example), I think it is fine putting in something that you set up informally in your PS.
