A friend of mine mentioned that the NYP PM&R program called her and wanted to know if she have any questions before she composes her rank list and indicated she was ranked highly. For those who were interviewed there, I just wanted to know if you have recieved a call from them as well.

I have a med school classmate who matched there. If I were a betting man, I'd say they were near, if not at the top of their list and I believe they received no such call. I didn't hear anything from them when I interviewed there either.

umm I got a call before the Interview but not after... just out of curiosity did your friend send a thank you letter

Hi, I am a PGY4 resident at NYPH. To the best of my knowledge we do not routinely call candidates high on our rank list. I would not lose too much sleep over this. 😎

I got a call last year the day before ROL was due just to see if I had any last minute questions but I agree with the above, you shouldn't lose any sleep if they haven't called you.
