Didactics and the Core Curriculum

Our program is currently looking at ways to improve our didactics for our residents. One consideration is the creation of a two-year "core curriculum" so that during their tenure a resident will have had didactics on everything twice.

I know several programs out there already have this sort of "core curriculum" in place, and I'd hate to make the investment to reinvent the wheel if it's not necessary. Anyone out there work their didactics in this way and may be willing to share their two-year schedule?
