Didnt do Secondaries.... did i apply last year?

When I enter in a school and amcas asks me if I have applied to that school before.... if I just paid the 30 dollar primary then never paid and filled out the secondary do i say yes or no? basically if i never got a complete email from the school did i really apply?

I would call the specific school and ask them to make sure, because my gut response is that you wouldn't say that you had applied to them.

It's the AMCAS that ask's whether u're a reapplicant and since u've submitted the AMCAS b4, the answer's yes..
