I'm pre-allopathic and I'm graduating college this spring, but still need to take Organic and MCATs (which I'll be doing next year). I already have the rest of my BCPM req's, plus volunteer work. The problem is, I have a 3.0 GPA. I want to do a year of post bacc so that I might be able to get into a school. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? Also, are there any international med schools that might take me with a 3.0?

Well, since you've already done most of the required courses, a traditional post-bacc probably wouldn't really be applicable to your situation. You might check out programs like Georgetown's SMP (BU, Loyola and Drexel also have similar programs). You would need to have already finished your pre-reqs and have taken the MCAT (and done fairly well on it), but it could really help to overcome the 3.0 GPA. You wouldn't be able to start until Fall of 2007 though, since you won't have taken o-chem and the MCAT yet. Georgetown's is a 1 year program, and I believe the others take 2 years. However, only do this if you think you can handle hardcore science classes, and are prepared to work hard to do so.

So basically, you still have a long way to go, but it's certainly possible to get into a U.S. school if you put in the time/work/money. As for foreign schools, I'm sure there are Caribbean schools that would happily accept a 3.0, but you are really limiting your choices when you go to a foreign school because the U.S. grads get preference in the match.
