So my application was verified and is out to the schools. One secondary is out at this point. I was originally planning on taking a class this semester and will probably take it next semester instead. The course is required at a few schools and I do see value in taking it before matriculation (praying). Unfortunately, due to personal and other class-related obligations, I don't think this semester is a good idea. I'm looking at possibly this spring.

Do I update the schools now or wait until the end of the semester when I submit transcripts for my other courses? I'm a bit concerned with starting the application process with word that I dropped a course. At many schools it isn't required and I'm otherwise in compliance with all the other requirements. Again, not opposed to taking the course, but I think next semester is the better bet for success.

Not sure how schools will view it, but I do know that it could turn into a good interview story for you. Worked hard and through personal difficulties to succeed. Always makes a nice experience to look back on latter as well. If it is not too much of an opposition then I say do it, especially if it is required at any one of the schools.

Just my two cents.

What class is it btw?
