do we have to know the correct stereochemistry of diel reactions product?

i took a standardized test few months ago and i remember a diel reaction but 2 out of the 5 multiple choice answers were similar in product but different in sterochemistry. is this similar to the real dat?

i want to add more info about this question. the two products were major and minor. they are different by sterochemistry, so do we need to know the major/minor sterochemistry for the diel products?

I think it's pretty simple though. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the dieneophile is in a cis configuration, the product will be cis. If the dienophile is trans, the product will be trans.
