Difference b/w Goljan book and Goljan lecture notes?

So whats the difference b/w the Rapid Review Goljan book 3rd edition and the Goljan lecture notes that are found with the audio (i think 2003 edition they are divided into general pathology and special pathology notes)

I was skimming through both and saw the book has better organization but it seemed that in some aspects the lecture notes had more depth along with scenarios and questions that pertained to each topic any thoughts?

I'm wondering the same thing... Id prefer to study from the book, but is there anything in the lecture notes worth taking the time to highlight?
