difference between case-based and problem cased?

if i'm gettin ya question right......i think they are the same thing. I'm in the LECOM-Bradenton PBL and its called Problem based learning, but we do Medical cases in order to get our learning issues to study. but i think thats what ya ask , if not drop a message
