I am pre-med, and of course I have tons of time to decide, but I am very interest in this highly specific branch of medicine, and I am curious what the difference is. Based on fellowship programs I searched up, it saids following a diagnostic radiology residency, a 1-2 yr diagnostic neuroradiology fellowship, you move onto a 1-3 year fellowship in either ESN or ISN. I defined them as different fellowship, but made no disticntions what the differences were.

This would be a good question to ask in the radiology forum. Premeds are not likely to be able to provide you with an answer.

a good time to worry about this is after you match into a radiology residency in 8 years.

This isn't the right place for the question. Try harder, OP. You won't match into rads if you're not better at this
