I have been looking around online to buy my first year textbooks. I am finding that the International editions for books, such as "Clinically Oriented Anatomy, 6th edition" are about $30 cheaper than the North American editions. Does anyone know if there are any noticeable differences?
Also, how important is it to have the most up-to-date version of a book? I can't imagine there is much changed from the 5th to the 6th edition for an anatomy book or biochem, etc.
