I'm just wondering if adcoms look at pre-med GPA (GPA from Bio1/2, Chem1/2, Physics1/2, Orgo1/2, Calc1/2 + all associated labs) in addition to BCPM and cumulative GPA. Also, do they put more emphasis on classes like Orgo than other classes due to Orgo's reputation?

My inkling would be that some do give more attention to pre-req BCPMs, but it probably varies between schools on how much if any.

I highly doubt that many schools take the time to pick out the pre-req courses from your list and calculate a pre-req GPA. Most if not all of the other classes that make up your BCPM GPA are upper-level science classes, so those would only increase their ability to judge your readiness for a med school curriculum.

Orgo is probably the least relevant class to medical school, despite it being a notoriously difficult pre-med weed-out course.
