Difference between USMLE Step 3 and COMLEX Step 3?

Did you take any of the USMLE steps? Because if you did, you would know the difference in style and depth of questions between the two.

Practically, COMLEX III is like II and I - computer-based 400 MCQ. USMLE Step III is a 2 day computer test and involves CCS - computer based clinical scenarios, which COMLEX III does not have.
