hey guys,

I really like WesternU and I am fortunate enough to have an II from one of the two campus (currently sitting on one acceptance as well). I am wondering if there is a huge difference between the Pomona campus and Oregon...I don't really mind the location, I just want to know the residency placement and resources and see if there is any major difference pertaining to the above factors.

Thank you so much for your time!

Having visited their Pomona campus I can tell you I love the vibe there. They have a brand new core science building for med students and the overall feel of the campus really stood out to me. Haven't heard too much about the Oregon campus though!

Western U's campus in Lebanon is fairly rural and the town is around 15K in population. ...And it rains a lot. I know some students from Colorado who interviewed there and declined an acceptance due to three things: Weather, Expensive Tuition, Size of the Town. Different strokes for different folks. A number of people are moving to Portland, and they don't seem to mind the rain. (Also, I have no info. on any differences in residency placement or resources. Perhaps someone else can provide this info.)
