difference btwn NBME an d practice tests!

I have a big question.
I have taken practice tests Usmle world and kaplan and made 70-75% in most of my tests. However, I have failed 2 of my NBME practice tests, made one 195 ( 1 month before actual test) and 200 on the real test.
Now my question to you all is that what is the difference between other practice tests and NBME that I can somehow ace the others and ruin the NBME tests??? any input in greatly appreciated

is the NBME detailed report similar to the real test?

did you finish blocks in time-did you have time to read the question? re-read if you didn't understand?

do you not understand what the NBME/USMLE style Qs want?

I had couple of extra minutes in all of the sections. Everytime I did an NBME (including the real one) I though it was supereasy but scored low.
