difference of Columbia and kilgore

Will it make a difference to work on columbia or kilgore. I am practicing on Kilgore teeth and the schools I applied use columbia?

There is a difference in anatomy..especially the contact point. Kilgore are also softer then Columbia so more chances of mighty nicks. It makes a little difference though if you r gud with ur skill it will work fine on both the types.
