Differences Between FP and IM

What are the main differences between FP and IM? I know that IM can do a fellowship, but what about those physicians that just stay as Internal Medicine doctors? How do they differ from FP doctors?

Also, in terms of yearly salary, what are the differences between FP and IM practitioners?
