Differences in Davis' online and paper app?

Hi,

I had a question about the UC Davis supplementary application -- the activity parts (describe the activity and how it will make you a better physician) of the online application ask for a description in 1500 characters. In the paper application that I was sent, the same questions are asked to be answered in 300 characters.

Any advice on which one to follow?
