I tried the search function but didn't find any answers to my question, so..:

Do pharmacy schools look at whether you got an A- or just an A? Or a B+ and a B? Does the Pharmcas calculate the gpa by assigning different values to A-'s and A's?

Yes, PharmCAS assigns different values for A, A-, etc ... A- = 3.7 in PharmCAS ... u can look it up in your application.
