1st circle is a ring = peripheral enhancement - mets, infections, aggressive primary brain neoplasms (GBM), fungal infections,

2nd circle the circle is completely filled in = homogenous or complete enhancement. - primary, mets, meningiomas

3rd circle fill in with chalk than erase some of the areas in a random pattern = heterogenous enhancement. - mets primary sometimes meningiomas
