Ok so let me get this straight, because I did some reading on Wikipedia and its conflicting with my regular notes from Cliff

CCK- stimulates bile from gall bladder, produced by small intestine

Gastrin- produced by stomach, stimulates gastric juice (HCl) by parietal cells

Secretin- stimulates release of pancreatic enzymes (proteases) + bicarb juice from pancrease, produced by small intestine

Is this right???? Wiki said secretin also stimulates bile from liver?/secretes bicarb from pancreas

Members don't see this ad.

I would trust wiki, tbh. but it may be too much in detail, perhaps just think that the primary role of secretin is to stimulate alkaline bicarbonate from the pancrease

I just looked through my histo notes and it says that secretin stimulates pancreatic and biliary bicarbonate secretion. It definitely does stimulate pancreas exocrine secetion of enzymes.
