What's a decent Digital Xray Unit? Brand/cost / warrenty etc

I'm also looking for a pair of loupes, with a lighting unit, and preferably a Carl Zeiss Lens.Cost?

Also, what's a good practice management software, and price?

I've worked in offices with SoftDent, Easy Dental, Eagle Soft, and Dentrix. In my opinion, Dentrix is the best. It's user friendly and has most everything you need to run a paperless office. Updates are timely. Rep in our area is easy to reach and really knows his stuff.

The new version of dentirx is great. Very versitile. It goes well with kodak's digital xray machine. You can find loupes anywhere, ebay, dentaltown.

I'm a LOUD "NO COMMENT" about Softdent right now😡😡😡 Let's just say that what I'm expecting it to do and what its currently doing in my office right now aren't the same And their tech support has been less than stellar😡

dental loupes at universal medical are cheaper than those that you mentioned before i have heard people say that the more expensive ones used to be worth it but now any type of loupes perform the same. I personally don't see the need to spend $1200 on a pair of loupes when you can buy some here for 1/3rd the cost. just my two cents, good luck.
