Where did you come across it shortening QT interval and AP duration?
Since it leads to hyperkalemia, id think it would in fact prolong QT interval (lesser gradient for the outward K efflux during phase III).
 
My understanding is that Digoxin increases contractility which shortens QT interval for its ventricular contraction. PR interval increases however, due to vagal input of digoxin at the AV node.
