Hey everyone,

Id appreciate some advice. I have used up the 10 (maximum) letter entries in AMCAS. About 4 of these letters are not being used (changed my mind; foolish, i know). I then realized that some schools required a non-science professor to write their letter of rec and none of my entries had a letter by a non-science professor.

I called AMCAS, and unfortunately, they cannot delete a LOR entry to add my non-science professor's LOR. The AMCAS lady suggested that I add the non-science professor's letter to a different, positive letter that I'm not using as often and then change that type of letter to a packet.

What do you think? Also would it be odd to send a school individual letters and a packet letter (that contains 2 additional letters) to a school? Do you have any other suggestions?

Thank you very much,

Maybe call each school individually and offer to send it? either way you have to do something because that's a pretty standard lor that you need, i honestly thought ALL medical schools require that but I could be wrong. I think calling each school and seeing what they all say would be your best bet because each one may handle it differently.
