What's the difference between pharmacy director and pharmacy manager? For all I know, a person with "pharmacy director" title has a higher salary, yeah? 😀 Is there even a difference between those two? What kind of responsibilities does each person have in different settings (retail, hospital...)?

It's been bothering me for sometimes now.

Yeah...director and manager are different

Depends on the institution.

At a large hospital, a director may encompass managing multiple pharmacies/units (inpt, outpt, etc...) while each unit has a manager running day to day operations that reports to the director.

At super small institutions, the director may also function as the day to day operations manager, so they are one and the same.

you ever go to a national ID meeting like MAD-ID or the like? Debating on trying to make one before the end of the year...

I usually send one of my staff....I think they benefit the most to go. I've never been. Do they have stuff for.students?
