Disadvantaged section question?

I have had a stutter (speech deficiency) for about as long as I can remember. I've coped with it well over the years, I feel, and it definitely has gone down due to therapy and practice speaking but it's still an everlasting issue that props up at inopportune times. Would this be listed in the disadvantaged section? Do you think this can go against me?

I'm trying to see if I should list it or not...

I have a question regarding this section as well. It says that we can list any disadvantage such as social, economic, etc. This question may sound silly, but just to make sure, we can list financial difficulty in here as part of the economic disadvantage, right?

Yes. That falls under economic.
