Hi all, so I disclosed my MIP for alcohol when I last applied 2 years ago. At the time, the instructions were vague on whether I was compelled to disclose so I decided to disclose to be safe. With the new instructions, my case clearly falls under the "do not need to disclose" option. I had always assumed that I would re-disclose as the schools I previously applied to already know and I'm fine with talking about it, but I'm unsure about checking the "Yes" box. Will it now look like I didn't read the instructions or that my violation was more severe than it was?

The MIP for alcohol was expunged and I've checked my record and there are no signs of it. Attached is the wording from the application and handbook.

Any advice is appreciated.

I think your over estimating their cordination....don't put it down if you don't have to. Also...maybe you should talk to a lawyer if your not sure

I don’t think you’ll need to disclose, especiallly since it’s been expunged
