I just got a 48/52 on PS AAMC 10 and I get a 12/10/8. I'm getting my ass handed to me in Bio. I'm already thinking maybe I should take it tomorrow and VOID the score, but then I'd have to take the new MCAT and it wouldn't give me any experience at all. I have a 3.9 gpa but I've only taken Bio 1&2 and I'm worried that a "decent" MCAT doesn't look so great with such a high gpa from a community college. And then if I do score it, and have to re-take the new MCAT, I'm concerned they will weigh my 1st score more heavily since it has such a large population sample. Anyone do much better than anticipated? Need some advice on this one bad.

expect to do worse than your AAMC average; I've seen several miracles on here, but just browse through the recent October, November, December, and January threads - hardly anyone scored above their average.
having said that, your preparation for the current exam should definitely help you for the new exam

My advice: Take & score it because it might answer whether you'd want/need to start from Square 1.
