Discrimination against men with physical labor in Pharmacy

You know what i cannot stand the most? When fat lard ***** bitch women technicians and Rph's call on the guy to put heavy boxes away, or do heavy duty labor work. You know what? You asked for equal pay for equal work, so its just as much as your responsibility to put things heavy DESPITE it being heavy or ask other WOMEN for help to put things away. Being a 'woman' is a piss poor excuse for you to just be a lazy bitch. I cannot even imagine what its like for a pharmacy to be run entirely by women. Even if there is, there has to be a woman who has the physical strength/muscle strenght of a man to put away things.

So pissed off 😡

This is not with just pharmacy, but with other jobs as well.

I do agree, it is pathetic that you can get in trouble as a man for looking at a woman wrong (that is to say, SHE thinks you look at her wrong), but that same woman will not be asked to do physical labor of the same caliber as a male employee. At least, I've experienced this too many times. Can't say if it happens more often than that.

I also enjoy stirring the pot. So I'm gonna sit back and wait for some moderation/rebuttal and enjoy the fireworks.

Spiriva & apteryx, if you were in a situation which required to put away HEAVY boxes/things and what nots, would you put it away yourself? Or would you ask the guy Rph (NOT tech, assuming there is no guy tech) because he is the guy, and you are that poor frail delicate flower of a woman?

Forget the fat lazy bitchy one, what about the thin petite ones? Whats that? ooohh you might get dirty? Ruin your white smock? Make you have to take your clothes to the dry cleaners? Wearing heals that prevents you from climbing the ladder to put away ****? Might break a sweat and smear the make up on your face? Break your nail right after you got a manicure (sp?!) ???

Ummm...I was working in in our medical waste room today getting lead barrels ready for Stericycle to pick for incineration on Friday. Heavy lifting (read: radiation shielding) is part of the job.

I require all applicants (be it pharmacist, technician, driver) to pick up a heavy tungsten PET can when they come to the pharmacy for an onsite interview. They have to show me they can do it.

Oh, and yes. I was wearing heels today. Sorry!

You're a P***y for not knowing how to handle women employees. Just make them go get your coffee.... clean up after you... and make them go pick up your lunch...pick up your dry cleaning...do the dishes etc.

Clearly you're the ***** since you can't seem to manage doing those things on your own 🙂 men would still be living in a cave, dragging clubs, and walking bare footed if it weren't for us. You should appreciate us for the goddesses we are! At least I know how to treat a woman! :meanie:

You're a man and there's nothing wrong with picking up where women can't. Now... your employees being lazy is whole another issue. It's not about gender. You just need to manage it.

Women are perfectly capable of spreading their labia. Ask some soldiers. I hear wide mouthed gatorade bottles can be useful. But, really, they make contraptions. So, women can do pretty much everything men can do. Now we just need to figure out how to get by without sperm :meanie:

Naw dude, now thats kind of a ***** response that i would expect from a retired pharmacist. Be a 'man' about it, as if im suppose to suck it in just accept it the way it is. This is just as bad as saying "women should be the ones cleaning dishes and cleaning up, cause its expected of a woman" Its about bull****, and i cannot stand bull****. I will have a word with my manager. Hope i dont get fired.

No worries. They will just find a new grad from a diploma mill to do your job for half the pay and without benefits or workman's comp... No holidays either 🤣

Since there is no such thing as joke posts, being fat and lazy is really NOT healthy for you. According to the American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association, being fat and lazy and cause an increase risk of heart attack, and getting diabetes. Please stop being a fat ass, cause you will most undoublty be the one hogging up all the space at the airplane seat, and for that i will have to punch your protoplasm of lard to give myself room and use it as a pillow to take a nap (as long as you dont smell like ****)

I'm surprised you haven't yet.

I'm upset that they don't let men compete in LPGA.. or WNBA.. and in women's singles at Wimbledon. Where's the justice and equality? I like to see men's synchronized swimming... but they must wear a bra...to be equal of course.
Where's the justice? And here's to all East German women's track team gold medal winners...we're glad you once existed to let the world know there's really no difference between men and women.
