Without knowing what your "harassment" misdemeanor was, I can't say if it fits into one of the categories you described above. I think we also need to know what you mean by "dismissed." We you tried and acquitted, tried and hung jury, charges dismissed before trial, charges dismissed during the trial, etc.

I don't have enough info to give you a good answer at this point.
