I'm barely a 7. I have some work to do. One of my PP friends when discussing joining his practice: "Yeah, I think I'm pretty much unemployable at this point."

That's exactly how I feel. I stay involved very peripherally with some hospital organizational work and all I ever think to myself is, "Thank God I don't have to depend on these people for my livelihood..."

I do some of these things in my head now. I invariably regret doing any of these for real.

If your workplace permits this stuff, do you have a job opening?
 
I have to say that if I happen to run across either a gumball machine or bucket of bloody lap pads at work, I will have no choice but to kick them over.
 
3/30 for me. I swear at work, but not at people. Also, there should be a caveat - are the people who you refuse to work with incompetent? Because then you're not being an dingus if you point it out to their supervisor, etc.
