I don't have any experience with these programs personally, but there are both distance-learning and evening MPH programs out there.
University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ)/Rutgers has an accredited MPH program where the classes are "scheduled in the late afternoon or early evening to accommodate working professionals." They have three campuses in NJ with MPH studies. Here's their applicant information page: http://sph.umdnj.edu/for_appl/index.htm
Among them:
Johns Hopkins
UMass-Amherst
University of Illinois-Chicago
University of Minnesota
Emory U
Loma Linda U
Tulane U
UNC-Chapel Hill
University of Washington
The links from the US News table usually just go to the school's general page - you might have to look around a bit to find specifics about the online/distance learning programs.
They also have a list of regionally-accredited schools; that is, the university is an accredited school but the public health program isn't accredited by CEPH or ASPH. You can look at previous discussions on this forum to get a feel for if and under what circumstances the accreditation might matter to you.
the Health Administration major at LLU has night courses. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 5-10. the other majors have classes during the day. My guess is other schools have a similar schedule for Health Admin. major because many of the students have jobs in the health care field.
