EK said that S-S belongs to tertiary while BR said that S-S belongs to secondary but more common in tertiary.

What should I answer for MCAT? I vaguely remember that tertiary was the right answer for AAMC, but I am dubious about this.

I vote tertiary. Secondary is alpha helix or beta pleated sheets. Tertiary is the folding and interactions between sections of the sequence.

Tertiary.

Secondary structure does not involve disulfide bonds. Alpha helixes / beta sheets contain hydrogen bonds.
